Nigel Muter lives in the UK. He studied Fine Art, Painting at Central St. Martins in London. Most recent works were produced on the roof of his house in Budapest and reflect a shift in focus from previous experimental mixed media paintings produced in the Middle East. Working in the open air with the surrounding hills of Buda as a backdrop, there is a fresh and invigorating use of colour in these large landscapes. Nigel works from photos and sketches of places he has visited and takes inspiration from the colour changes of the local landscape.
